How To Make Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds flank steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, onion powder, oregano, and thyme.

Place flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn to coat the steak evenly. Cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard excess marinade.

Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.
