Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  4. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.

  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
